There is an enormous difference between talking about what’s important to you, and actually doing something about it. Insight alone isn't much help if it doesn't turn into action.

When I work with you, I pay attention to what goes on behind the words you say - the emotional content, the felt sense, and all the subtle elements that are a gateway to deeper meanings.

Connecting with you at this level helps me turn the session into an experience that you can learn from, much more powerfully than you would from a discussion or from advice giving.

What you learn from such an experience, you learn from inside. It's not just the words that are important, it's the experience itself. Remembering the experience is what gives lasting meaning to the words.


I help you focus self-knowledge toward making things happen. This goes whether you have concrete goals... or more subjective ones (such as getting unstuck, or feeling happier). The change you achieve is lasting, because things are changing from inside out.
