Focusing-oriented therapy |
|
Much of what happens in the brain (and in the mind) happens at an unconscious level. So, while there's a lot that we can understand about ourselves through language and logic, there's a lot more that we can access when we tune in to implicit processes. My work in this area is based on Eugene Gendlin's approach to the implicit and focusing. See: - Creatively exploring the unconscious |
