a divorced dad is still a dad

I'm still a dad

I love my sons very much and there is no reason why I should be denied by the parental mother why I cannot see my sons during the week. But, there is a catch.
In Georgia, anyone can claim abuse without evidence, making the accused a guilty person until proven innocent. I have been falsely accused of Cruelty Toward Children 5 times in two different counties, Stalking under a TPO, and three cases of Simple Battery. Each time I have no physical witnesses, no protection from the courts. God and Jesus Christ as my true witness. Unfortunately, our courts and legal system in the State of GA don't really care about my religion or beliefs.
A vicious mother with Divorce Malicious Mother Syndrome can easily "alienate" the children from the father as in my case. Do I have the money or the time to fight in court? No. Do I believe in the Lord, Jesus Christ will save my sons and me from the destruction of false allegations, you bet ya! Praise be to our Lord, Jesus Christ, the son of God.

James, with children Patrick & Gabriel
